At CHW Churches we offer thanksgiving services and baptisms (often called christenings) for children and adults.

Baptism is a powerful moment of publicly declaring your faith in Jesus and becoming part of the Church community - or committing to raise your child within the Christian faith. A thanksgiving service, on the other hand, is an opportunity to thank God for the birth of a child within the setting of your local church. Whatever service you have, CHW Churches would love to share that moment with you and welcome you to our small part of God's wider Church.

We ask those being baptised (or those responsible for them!) or wishing for a service of thanksgiving to meet with a minister from the church to discuss which service might be most appropriate for them.
